Scope

These terms govern your use of buildpro.akontec.in and the Akon Buildpro app, operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, Chennai.

Estimates and quotes

Calculator results and price lists are indicative. A binding price is set only in a signed construction agreement after site survey and drawings.

Payments

• Payments follow the milestone schedule in your agreement.

• Milestone funds are released to contractors after engineer verification.

• Booking amounts are refundable, less design costs incurred, until drawings are approved.

Contractors and suppliers

Partners are independent businesses verified by us. Our responsibilities to you for projects booked through Akon Buildpro are set out in your agreement.

Warranty

Warranty periods depend on your package and exclude damage from misuse, unauthorised alterations or natural calamities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
